Waste/Recycling not being picked up properly. Properly, meaning as every other citizen in the city (on the proper day and properly).
We, the military, request our waste be taken in the same respect as all other citizens of this city.
Sometimes ours is not picked up at all, sometimes our bins are left broken out in the street, sometimes knocked over and not taken (during a non-windy night/morning).
