The Michael Jackson concerts in the O2 arena on the 10th, 12th and 14th of july 2009 where moved respectively to the 1st, 3rd and 6th of march 2010 with the reason: to meet the challenges presented by such a massive and technically complex show more time is needed so everyone get to experience the same high quality staging that is planned for all of the spectacular shows.
BUT: Since Michael Jackson is a internationally known artists, much of his die-hard fans, from all around the world, who took the time and effort to get a ticket to the originally first 10 concerts that where planned feel duped. Many of them have spend a lot of money on traveling and hostel that is non-refundable. They are very disappointed and the energy and enthusiasm to be at one of the first shows should be taken into account.
We like the concerts to continue on the same dates originally planned and made them into 'MTV unplugged' liked shows if the challenge of technically complex show cannot be met in the time set. So no massive screens and special effects but Michael Jackson singing and dancing. With this his fans can still enjoy to be at one of the first concerts and the people that have already planned the trip to London won't have to cancel.
We ask Michael Jackson and his management, taking into consideration the magnitude of organizing the shows planned, to have the shows that were planned on the 10th, 12th and 14th of july 2009 made like "MTV unplugged" concerts.
We ask this, keeping in mind, with the utmost respect for Michael Jackson's creativity and effort to set up a technically high performance show because of the reasons for moving the shows are of technical complex reasons.
The situation though of moving the concerts makes a lot of people feeling duped and an 'unplugged show' would be very special to us and be equally in magical experience to a high technical show.
