Split Screen in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

Basically,what I wanna Petition about is that there should be a Split Screen option in the game Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

My reasons why there is no excuse for no Split Screen for Metal Gear Solid 4.

1. No Lag.

If you get to a certain bit in the game, were Raiden has a face off with Vamp and you have to use the Railgun to hold of the Suicide Gekko.

The Screen cuts in two and you can see Raiden and Vamp having there face of.
And for anyone who says "Raiden and Vamp are added in and you cannot see them on your own screen."

Turn around as Old Snake and look to the top of Metal Gear Rex,what do you see? YES,Raiden and Vamp having there face off.

So now I'm thinking,if I can see Raiden and Vamp fighting on one screen (And the camera is facing a different direction than your camera as Old Snake) and see myself on the other screen (Facing the opposite way) shooting Gekko with no lag whatsoever.
Then these people that have been telling me that the PS3 console will lag if there are two players with two screens facing different directions were telling a lie.

2. Bad Graphics.

People have been saying that...
"For there to be Split Screen then the graphics would have to be turned down so there will be no lag and it will effect a Solo Gamers experiance if this was put into a PS3 game."

Oh, I'm sorry but have you looked at the Raiden and Vamp face off lately? I see amazing graphics still while the cameras are facing different directions and no lag? Well I guess another lie was told.

3. No Split Screen.

People have also told me that...
"Why would you even think there would be a Split Screen option in a Metal Gear Solid 4 or any other Metal Gear Solid's that will be realeased when you know there has never been that option in the first place?"

I could say the same about Metal Gear Online. Playing Metal Gear Solid Online has never been done before in any Metal Gear Solid title and now they have bought it in for the 4th one,so why not a Split Screen option?

Not everyone has a internet cable, not everyone is sitting by themselves. they have brothers,sisters and friends and wan't to play the adventure and enjoy together. Not everyone likes to play online with comeplete strangers.

No, I am not talking about two players fighting each other in a small arena with no bots. I am talking about two people helping and working together to complete a mission cooperatively. I know when people say about Split Screen there thinking "Err,some mate leeching of your PS3 console and hogging your screen."

I mean, some of us have brothers and sisters you know? I like to play games with my brother, that me and him put money into for a Playstation 3 console. But we put are money together into it because we thought we can play games together, cooperatively.

I have played Metal Gear Online and I can officialy say... It is rubbish.
Knowone roleplays the roles as Old snake, the Mk II or even a Soldier right. I've been on a game when I have people run around like a maniac to get a high score so they can have a play of Old Snake... I mean,come on now what is this all about?

Metal Gear Online is out of control,yes it is. There is no groups of 4 or 5 Soldiers watching out for each other and protecting each persons back you know why? Because there is no communication.

When I sit and play a game with my brother, we roleplay and talk to each like real soldiers. I like to feel what it would be like to be a two Agents in the middle of battle sneaking though enemy lines. It is great! But online,it is too.. I don't know... ownage?
It just seems to me that every single game that comes out for the PS3 console is Single Player,or Online Multiplayer.

I was thinking that Metal Gear Solid was gonna save the Split Screen... But yet again,I was truly mistaken.
