Mentally challanged civil-human rights

Bonnie Ditmyer is a 26 yr old mentally challanged girl. She is not allowed to see her halfbrother and halfsister even though she wants to. We, the undersigned, petition the American Civil Liberties Union to force Bonnie's guardian into letting Bonnie see her halfbrother and halfsister.
