The reason for my desired achievements are because people don't choose to become ill and be diagnosed with illnesses such as coeliac disease, it is a life long illness that cannot be cured. There are currently no benefits in place to help sufferers with financial support of food, not even on prescription.
Gluten free foods can be very expensive to buy from supermarkets and with the current prescription cost being £7.10, it would be extortion.
I a coeliac disease suffer, call upon the government and health commissioners to eliminate the cost of prescription food for people suffering from coeliac disease.
