It's embarrassing to have roaches coming out all over the place. These roaches make me look like I'm a nasty person when I'm the biggest clean freak. My children can't even sleep peacefully because these roaches crawl in their bed with them while they sleep.
Don't think about cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner because the roaches come out repeatedly on the ceilings, walls, and light fixtures. There was one time I was eating my dinner and a roach fell from the ceiling into my plate while I was eating. I've been buying Raid from Wal-Mart constantly, spending extra money to get rid of the roaches that WebPest Control is paid to do at Ridgecrest Apartments.
WebPest should be coming every Monday but I don't have a card from them every Monday stating they have been in my apartment to spray for these roaches. Another tenant that stay in the same apartment complex stated the same bug issues plus having bed bugs. I feel that I should have a rent reduction since I have extra bug tenants that don't even pay rent.
I have numerous pictures to support how bad they are in my apartment. I've been there since April 2014 and these roaches have increased in numbers since I've been there.
This petition is written for the express purpose of eliminating the horrible bug issue effecting certain residences at buildings 6001 - 6012 and Ridgecrest Way, and in the Hulen Bend area.
Infestation of water bugs, roaches, and bedbugs have been ongoing both inside and outside the rental properties. These insects have been hatching and feeding in close proximity to apartment homes, thereby creating increasingly magnanimous infestation annually. These bugs mate in massive numbers on the walls, ceilings, and doorways of residences. This infestation occurs now, but is peak in the spring and then again in the fall.
We, the signers of this petition, seek compensation for the treatment of this bug elimination or control, either by direct payment for services and/or products used to control the bug infestation or reimbursement for said services and products.
