Children under 18 are allowed to roam the streets at all hours of the night. This promotes gang membership, theft, drug use and homelessness.
A curfew should be set in place to protect both the child and the community. Anne Arundel county has had a lot of break ins and theft during early am hours that can be traced to teens under 18.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call for a law to enforce a curfew for children under 18 years of age in the State of Maryland that will ultimately lead to less crime during the hours of 11pm and 5am.
