Here, in this wonderful country I call home, marriage is not defined. Much to my knowledge, what is not defined in the constitution is left up to the people to decided. They always say your rights stop where they infringe upon mine, how is showing your love and dedication crossing that line.
The pursuit of happiness is everyone's, not strictly heterosexuals. Homosexual marriage is nothing more than an institute that Americans are afraid to change. This has been seen in many cases including slavery, women's' voting rights and legalizing divorce.

Petition:
We, the undersigned petitioners, agree that marriage is not restricted only to heterosexuals, but should be expanded to reach also the loving arms of homosexuals.
We are calling upon the states to recognize the fact that marriage is a the uniting of two people with unbiased eyes based on gender and race.
