Make 'Rape and Abuse of a child 14 or over' punishable by a required registration as a sex offender for life

I am a rape victim. I was 14 when I was raped. I have been told recently that he does not have to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life, just because I was 14 and not a mere year younger.

I had to go to mental hospitals and group homes to cope with my trauma. I am on several medications to control the flashbacks, PTSD, anxiety and depression that has resulted from this trauma. The rapist got 5 years of probation. That was his sentence when he plead guilty to his crimes....

I would like to ask that "Rape and Abuse of a Child 14 or over" be changed so that it is punishable by life as a sex offender. Rape of a child of any age is a violent sex crime, and should be treated as such.
