We, the undersigned, Request UN to amend "Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs" to allow Doctors and Hospitals to stock and prescribe morphine more easily so that terminally ill patients receive it without unnecessary legalities and formalities.
Millions of people mostly poor are dying in excruciating pain because they can't receive morphine in their last hours.
