They acknowledge that it's a good idea to have junior fire arm licences or permits, so children will learn safety above all with fire arms in a controlled environment.
But there's no junior permits for dirt bikes so children can't ride out in the bush with their parents to learn the fundamentals of safe and sensible riding in a supervised area. There is limited track riding available unless your a millionaire with your own private property. The first time you are able to ride is when you first get your license at 18.
No wonder so many motorcyclists are dying on our roads. CHANGE THE LAWS AND LET US GET EXPERIENCE BEFORE WE HIT THE ROAD!
I agree that under 18s should be allowed to ride in the bush with their parents or guardian.
