Background (Preamble):
I believe that Clifton Hill would be better suited as a pedestrian zone where motorized vehicles would be prohibited from accessing.
This proposal would allow small children and the handicapped to enjoy Clifton Hill more independently.
By banning motorized vehicles from using Clifton Hill, we ensure the safety of all guests of the tourist area.

We, the undersigned, call upon Niagara Falls City Council to declare Clifton Hill to be a car-free pedestrian zone.
Similar to those in Europe, Clifton Hill as a pedestrian zone would decrease the amount of greenhouse gases placed in the air and fossil fuels spent each and every day.
By banning motorized vehicles off Clifton Hill, we help the environment and promote the tourist industry at the same time.
