Make Child Support Evasion a crime

I'm requesting that the government needs to enforce laws against child support evaders with punishment stiffer than it currently is.

For all the robberies and rapes committed many are at the hands of deadbeat fathers who continually commit crimes without remorse because their child is not a factor.

If a person commits a crime and they receive probation the term should include a mandatory condition to pay child support. If this is breached then charges of felony should be laid. This should lead to state time.

Please invest in this so more children can receive the benefits needed and thus can help more parents get off welfare.
