Background (Preamble):
Illegal music downloads are steadily increasing and I think if more people agreed with us to lower the price of music downloads at which the major companies charge us at then less illegal downloads would take place.
New artists are struggling and possibly soon there will be less good music produced as they would not want to work for free. We agree on the governments view that “Most consumers would prefer to behave lawfully if they can do so practically and with a sense of equity”.
Apple and other big distributors should reduce prices.
