Young adults at the age of 16 years are considered reckless drivers because all the experience that they have been provided with was within half a year.
I thought that if the learners' permit age was lowered, not only would teenagers have more time to learn how to drive but when they turned 16 they would have more experience and therefore there would be less wrecks and less people getting hurt.
We want to lower the age for a learner's permit to 14 years of age.
