Lower the Driving Age to 15 in PA

We, the undersigned, encourage you the governor and the legislature to use any and all power you possess to change our states driving laws, so that a young person can get a learner's permit on the fifteenth birthday, and a junior driver's license after 50 hours of supervised driving.
