All homeowners in Locust Glen neighborhood, in Slatyfork, WV, have well and septic systems.
We are a small subdivision of 12 homes and are requesting exemption from mandatory tie-in to the proposed regional sewage plant to be constructed in our area in the near future. Slatyfork Farm and Slatyridge, two much larger neighborhoods, requested and were granted exemption from the West Virginia Public Service Commission.
We request the same consideration and exemption.
We, the undersigned homeowners in the Locust Glen neighborhood, request exemption from the West Virginia Public Service Commission from mandatory tie-in for the regional sewage plant to be constructed in our area.
