The Building Schools for the Future scheme has been scrapped under the new coalition government. Unfortunately Littleover Community School's redevelopment has been stopped. The school is in desperate need of repair and refurbishment.
This petition has been set up to show the government how much this work is needed and to restart the programme. LCS contributes to the community and to Derby as a whole, without this work it may not be able to continue.
We, the under signed ask the Government to reconsider the redevelopment programme of Littleover Community School to provide the best education for those who attend Littleover and those that will in the future.
We wish the government to reconsider the scheme so that Littleover Community School can serve the community and Derby.
