Hartzell park is a city owned park,in which there is no lighting or restroom facilities. This is a danger to tne srea kids who play there.
This also brings people from other areas of the city and poses a problem of these individuals destroying playground equipment as well as the picnic area which recently was built to revitalize the neighborhood. We would like lights put up there for the safety of the children who play there.
