Let U.S. Border Patrol agents arrest American Citizens for crimes and homocide murders

U.S. Border Patrol agents should be able to arrest American criminals and people who commit crimes, homicide murders, bring danger to innocent people and arrest U.S. armed men armed with guns, knives and weapons and take them to jail like regular state police officers and sheriffs do. Because the truth is that police officers and sheriffs are not always there at the very moment when crimes, shootings and murders are happening and they can't be everywhere at the same time too.

So when U.S. Border Patrol agents are driving in an area or neighborhood or they're at a public place and they witness crimes and shootings happening, they can take enforcement an arrest the criminals armed with guns or weapons right there and then.

And besides, there's an incident where U.S. Border Patrol agents assist local police officers and perform certain police duties. Although the U.S. Border Patrol's main primary mission is preventing illegal aliens and terrorist from entering the United States illegally through the border and handling human drug trafficking and they only in force federal laws, the U.S. border Patrol agents could also have one state law where they apprehend and arrest American criminals and men and women armed with guns or weapons who commit crimes, homicides, put people in danger and arrest criminals at people's homes sometimes when needed and they can arrest criminals at public places such as the park and malls.

For example, suppose if a criminal is committing a crime and a shooting at an outdoor outlet mall or in a neighborhood and for some reason police or sheriffs can't make it there at that very moment. If a U.S. Border Patrol agent or some Border Patrol agents are driving by and whitness a crime going on, the U.S. Border Patrol can help the police and sheriffs and arrest the U.S. criminals right there and take them to jail or take him or her to jail to serve their time just like regular police officers and sheriffs do. The U.S. Border Patrol will only arrest American Criminals Occasionally when they are driving in the area and arrest people for crimes and do high risk arrests and car stops occasionally. Then when they're back at the borders and checkpoints, they'll be doing their primary work of keeping illegal immigrants and terrorists out of the USA!

Police officers and sheriffs do a lot of arresting work and they need extra back up help arresting bad guys and bad women for crimes nowadays and that's why the U.S. Border Patrol should get one state law authority and get to arrest U.S. criminals for crimes when they are in the area and whitness it happening and U.S Border Patrol agents can arrest criminals with police officers and sheriffs and take them to jail with the police and sheriffs occasionally when needed.
