As the rules state : any driver competing in any other division will not be allowed to race in the hornet division. My arguement is that I am no longer competing in another division.

I did compete months ago. My last 2 races have been in a hornet... Also there have been 2 other driver who are currently competing in another division also racing in a hornet at the same track. What is good for 1 should be good for all.

We, the undersigned, call on moler raceway park to follow the rules posted and allow Mike Gemmer to participate in the 2015 King of Compacts. Following the rules posted he is eligible as much as Kyle Tarvin and Bethany Moler are.
