The safe use of handguns on one's own property for sporting or target use should not be outlawed in Rural areas.
There are no safety issues with using a pistol in a rural area on one's own property, a pistol bullet is far less dangerous than a rifle's.
With many people being against pistols coming into cities, it would be make more sense for handgun owners to use their pistols on their own property rather than being forced to coming into city gun ranges.
We, the undersigned, call on the Canadian Government to legalize the appropriate use of handguns for sporting and target use in Rural areas.
