It is far less dangerous than alcohol and has never had one recorded fatality, which compared with the daily deaths from alcohol and prescription Medicines makes you wonder why cannabis would be illegal...

The answer is it has so many uses, that the government would lose a lot of money, it can be used as fuel, paper, medicine, oxygen (which create more oxygen then trees), the government make much money from things they can tax, from the timber and medicine industries etc...

It was made illegal for that very reason, to protect the money within the timber industries.

It's a natural plant and has nothing chemical added to it, much like mint you use on your Sunday dinners, or coffee you drink in the mornings.

Weed is not physically addictive and is NOT a gateway drug for the following reason...

It is illegal to buy smoke and sell cannabis, so people have to go to dealers (real criminals) in order to obtain some, and therefore hanging around with people who sell and take harder drugs such as heroin and coke etc...

If it were legal and brought in shops and cafés, they would not be subjected to the drug gateway, the fact that it is illegal puts more people in danger than if it wasn't.

In essence it is a very valuable and natural herb that has no recorded fatalities (I thought that bared repeating)
