Lee Heath was murdered by 3 nightclub doormen in a nightclub in Frankfurt, Germany. He was an innocent bystander. The 3 men are in jail now awaiting trial.
Lee's family have endured tremendous pain and have had practically no help from the British foreign office whilst in Frankfurt and since they have returned home, no translators, no information on the pending court case and no information regarding the disappearance of the nightclub owner even after many phone calls and emails.
The German police, hospital and people are horrified Lee died and want justice served, the problem is the Foreign Office has shown no support or transparency or willingness to help.
For the British Foreign Office to act in a more transparent and co-operative way for Lee Heath's family and any other family that should have to endure this trauma, to act in a supportive liaising way and to act quickly, helping families know all the legalities that are concerned when a family has a family member murdered abroad. To proactively contact foreign officials and families concerned.
