Intervention is past due with the exacerbated dis-trust of law enforcement's disparate treatment of black people in current events. Cassandra Fairbanks of Free Thought researched and reported that as of February 2015, Cops have Killed every 8 hours in 2015. These murders account for 3 people per day sent to an early grave. http://thefreethoughtproject.com/cops-killed-8-hours-2015-early-graves-day/

In December 2014, Congress Passed a Law Requiring Law Enforcement Departments to report the number of civilian kills. However, the honor system has long been obsolete and integrity died along with the unarmed victims.

Therefore, the dissertation of deaths presented to Congress will be a compound of non-fictional entries for the sake of reporting and entertainment purposes. Recently, America has unsuccessfully attempted ward off the sinister plague of prejudice which is woven in the foundation of its creation.

We, the undersigned, call on US Supreme Court, US Congress, US President, civil rights leaders and United Nations to:

Allow ONLY Black Law Enforcement officers to police Black people!

- The Law will be enforced without using deadly force for no reason
- The mortality rate of Black men will increase 100%
- The Black community will have a sense of Peace
- Black kids can go to the park and play without harassment
- A black man can walk down the street without being considered a drug dealer

The benefits for Black on Black Law Enforcement are in measurable! Please allow the face of Law Enforcement in the Black Community to be our own!
