More than 100 million sharks are killed (compared to 4 people) by FINNING, a cruel infringement on animal rights.
In addition Mercury poisoning is 40x higher than recommended with this product.
We, the undersigned, call on the City and County of San Francisco to require that all products containing fins from any species of shark sold within City boundaries be labeled with important health and environmental risks posed by consumption of the product.
