Background (Preamble):
There is a proposal by the MTA to eliminate the 210 Kent Island/Annapolis to Baltimore (and Baltimore to Kent Island/Annapolis) commuter bus line by the end of June 2003.
Petition:
We, the riders of the 210 MTA commuter bus line, request that the 210 bus line remain in tact and not be eliminated.
The 210 bus line is our transportation means to and from work. Eliminating the line would cause undue financial hardship to our households and upset our current work schedules. In some instances, we would be forced to leave our jobs and seek employment closer to home.
Please keep the 210 rolling.
