Gangs are taking over the neighborhood, fighting, starting fires, vandilism...all at Mckinley El.& Middle school.
This needs to be stopped, people can't drive down the road without getting harrassed.. police are not helping the situation.
We, the undersigned, would like more protection, including cameras to catch all the activity.
No one should be allowed on school property after dusk.
