The Six Nations Tournament contract with the BBC runs out in 2017 and the organisers are considering a new contract with Sky, which would mean pay-per-view for rugby supporters.
Welsh football has suffered a huge drop in popularity and attendances since it contracted with Sky TV and we contend many rugby fans would also lose out if the Six Nations went the same way.
We, the undersigned, call on the Six Nations tournament organisers to ensure that the tournament does not go to pay-per-view TV when the current contract is up.
