On Wednesday August 16th 2006 at approximately 7:30-8:00am a driver for Lemay claims that my 12-year-old German Shepard/Border Collie mix, Kassy, bit him on the knee.
At the time of said injury I did not witness a dog bite, but instead only saw him react to seeing the dogs.
After returning to his vehicle I proceeded to apologize for my dogs, notified him that they were unable to leave the yard, and followed up by asking him if he was alright. He responded by saying that he was fine, he was just spooked. He sat out of my window for appoximately 3-5 minutes before leaving.
Approximately 5-6 hours later I get a note saying my dog bit him. It took him approximately 10-12 hours before he went to a doctor or the ER.
We, the undersigned who reside on 183rd St Ct E, state that Kassy (a 12-year-old German Shepard/Collie mix) has proven to show good behavior and has never, to my knowlege, shown any signs of aggression or other threatening behavior.
