19.4% Of Americans are considered Disabled according to recent studies. They are our Children, Spouses, Parents, Siblings and Friends. How many of this 19.4% Live in the Great State of Kansas? How many are going untreated and undiagnosed? How many Kansasan's are there that have given up hope of help and treatment? How many parents cry for their child in Mental and Physical pain? TOO MANY!
It has to stop. Kansasan's we need to take back our health care from the insurance company's. We need to better fund Clinics, Hospitals and Mental health Co-Op's. We need better Social Security Guidelines and Payments. We need Laws in our great state that will focus more on the living, with out waiting for a dead spokesperson! Where do you turn when all the doors are closed? Where do you go when all you have is whats in your heart.
Where do you go when your told their is no help for your child in pain. I'm turning to you! Help me bring the changes our state and country needs to better care for our most vulnerable citizens.

We the people of the State of Kansas call on our government to enact laws to provide better funding for disabled persons with both mental and physical disabilities and provide better health care through out our state.
We call on you to Increase funding for Indigent and under or uninsured persons. To increase funding to low income clinics and mental health co ops and to provide more oversight to Insurance companies who abuse and deny claims for needed treatment and Or limit treatment to amounts that are not considered effective.
We call on you to show everyone Kansas Cares!
