This petition has been created to seek justice for Yannick Nihangaza, an African student enrolled in Lovely Professional University (Jalandhar), who was brutally beaten and left on the roadside for unknown reasons.
Yannick is currently in coma and will suffer with physical and neurological problems for the rest of his life. Our goal is to urge Mr. Prakash Singh Badal who is the Chief Minister of Punjab to take immediate action and respond to the letters sent by Yannick's father, Mr. Nestor Ntibateganya, and provide assistance in safely getting Yannick back to Burundi as well as with medical attention that Yannick would need for recovery.
We, the undersigned, call on the Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Prakash Singh Badal to take immediate action concerning Yannick's safe return to Burundi along with the assitance with the medical attention required for Yannick's recovery.
