The GA child support laws are in humane and not fare. The judges in child support court never listens to the defendants.
This new thing about suspending the license of dead beat parents but they have no way of knowing who are dead beats .My son is one of them that has been affected by this he was paying fell short but they suspend his license. I know people who has never paid and nothing happens to them.
We need this child support system in GA overhauled not closely watched by experienced personnel. The staff need more training the men mostly on child support don't have a fair chance they need to be heard.
We need this child support petition signed so we can get action from a higher court.
