Background (Preamble):
My brother Bryon Cobb was killed in an atv accident when he was 14 years of age. He was under the supervision of a 20 year old family friend. The 20 year old family friend allowed Bryon to operate an atv, against my father's wishes on dangerous terrain, which resulted in my brother's death.
Petition:
Sign this petition if you believe that when a child is under an adult's supervision that if the adult acts in a reckless manor that he/she shall be held accountable.
