Martel Owens rights are being waived and or revoked in a matter of burying and resting his immediate family, his brother whom he grown up with and which he lived in the same home with until of age.
Martel who is currently incarcerated is being told he may not be able to attend his brother's funeral which we as family and friends believe is against his rights.
