I am the father of L.E.B. who is 4 years old and i've been denied visitation of my child since the day she was born (2010). There has been countless of times i have tried to reach out to the "custodial parent" resolve whatever our differences may have been to help us come to a compromise in regards to the child.
It is not right that i pay child support for a child i do not see. I care about the future of my child and i know all to well how important it is for a "father" to be in his child's life.
We the undersigned agree that it proper and fair for Michael B. to be awarded joint legal custody of L.E.B.
