On the afternoon of March 02, 2010, Investigator Shellie Youhoing and two of her children who are United States Citizens fell victims to some of the most vile and brutal injustice. Torture, war crimes and human rights violations to ever take place on United States soil.

When the government of Clayton County, Georgia, deployed swat team and officers from three (3) different law- enforcement agencies within Clayton County. To the home of Investigator Shellie Youhoing to terrorize her and shut her up from investigating and exposing corruption.

But most brutal of all, Investigator Youhoing who was five (5) months pregnant at the time of the illegal raid upon her home was held repeatedly at gun point. She was tortured, brutalized to the point where she started bleeding on the scene and her unborn child 'Baby Glorious Angel” was viciously murdered. One of the Sergeant on the scene threw the pregnant victim to the ground and stepped on her head with his combat boot, before manhandling and brutalizing her.

But before they murdered the unborn child, officers who were all males handcuffed the investigator’s two hands behind her back and sexually assaulted her for hours. These severe acts of human cruelty did not end there, Investigator Youhoing was sexually assaulted two consecutive times in the same night. The assault took place in the upstairs bedroom of her home and again on her hallway stair case.

This cruel and inhumane act was committed in the presence of the Investigator’s two children an 18 year old teenage boy and a four (4) year old girl who were forced to watch this dreadful ordeal. Officers at the crime scene also took photos of Investigator Youhoing while she was naked and in their custody. Until today, two years later there is no investigation into these horrifying crimes against humanity and the victims are still fighting for justice.

But most dishonorable of all, the Clayton County Sheriff, Sheriff Kem Kimbrough refuses to release naked photos to the victim's family. He has release photos of the bedroom and the stair case where the murder/ feticide and sexual assault occurred , but no nude pictures were release. Join us in calling upon Sheriff Kem. Kimbrough to do the honorable thing even once in his career and release these photos.

Please sign this petition and join the Legal Injustice Committee in calling upon the Clayton County Sheriff, Sheriff Kem Kimbrough asking him to do the moral thing and release naked photos taken of females while in custody to victim's family.

The thought of all male officers kidnapping and holding defenseless females hostage in their homes. Handcuffing females hands behind their backs while sexually assaulting them in the presence of their children is a terrorist and coward act. Which is UnAmerican and has no place in today liberated society.

We therefore call upon the Clayton County Sheriff, Sheriff Kem. Kimbrough to;

1. Immediately release all photos that were taken of Investigator Shellie Youhoing naked while in law-enforcement custody.

2. We further call upon Sheriff Kem. Kimbrough to release all photos which were taken of Investigator Youhoing naked by Sgt. William Tee Cassells using cell phone while Investigator Youhoing was in his custody.

3. These dishonorable photos were taken against the victim's will by sheriff deputies and sergeant and continue to haunt the victims family. We also demand investigation into these egregious crimes.

We shall no longer tolerate these kinds of crimes and abuse against women and children. Murder is murder, crime is crime, sexual abuse is unacceptable and who ever commit these crimes should be investigated, fined and imprisoned. This is a profound disrespect to all women in the United States and around the world.
