Over the past several years Nomorerack.com who now known as Choxi (nomorerack changed its name to Choxi ) has been using deceitful practices to lure the consumer into buying items at extremely overstated discounted prices.

Items have been shipped with bogus tracking numbers and many never even received their merchandise.

They have advertised "UGGs" (Australian boots) for cheap and sent knockoffs.

They have sold Dr. Dre Beats (headsets) that were counterfeit.

Selling 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and getting microfiber instead.

They have also stated their items were brand new and when the consumer received them, they were clearly noted as refurbished.

Advertised that their products were warranted but refused to repair and give the consumer the information to repair the broken items they received.

This past month they sold computer tablets for $59.00 and the buyers received broken or scratched tablets or they broke within a few days. Most clear signs that the tablets were used.

Last year a Grandmother purchased several computers for her Grandchildren and when they went to use it, there was pornography loaded on the computers.

Nomorerack.com/Choxi has lied to us all and have refused to be a stand up company and make improvements to their shoddy customer service and sales practices.

These are only a few of many complaints that we have. These practices have resulted in unnecessary stress for many during this holiday season. Items were ordered and promised for the holiday and not received.

Furthermore Nomorerack/Choxi has changed their return policy from 30 days to 14 days, complicating the claim/return process for most who have had quality issues with the products.

The unethical and illegal business practices of Nomorerack.com.Choxi, Inc. should be investigated and curtailed.

We, The undersigned petition the Federal Trade Commission to investigate the company Choxi/Nomorerack.com, Inc. (www.Nomorerack.com) for committing numerous unethical and possibly illegal business practices.

These acts include but are not limited to: selling counterfeit merchandise, bait and switch tactics, and postal fraud (issuing bogus tracking info), false advertisement, deceitful sales practices and more.

Their typical sale includes immediate charges on credit instruments, while shipping is often delayed for weeks and longer (over a month). Partial shipments and shipment of substitute items without notice are typical complaints and refunds may be denied or delayed until complaints are filed with credit card companies or The Better Business Bureau.
