Residents should be able to go before the town of Westford for Building Permits for work they are doing INSIDE their cottage without the written consent of the Trustees.
We would only "NOTIFY" our board we were going for a permit from the town.
I would be in favor of changing the Master Deed of our Condo Association to state
that ONLY "notification" of our Trustees would be required before going to the Town of Westford for a permit.
The Board should thus NOT require their written consent, and they should not be "co applicants".
