Indonesia should have rolled back laws to fight corruption

Background (Preamble):
Everybody especially government employees have to prove that his/her wealth is legal based on clear history. He can not use his/her fund in and outside country until he has reported them clear of the above law.
Challenge: Who will act as a prosecutor since almost all Indonesian government employees and public figures are corrupt.

On behalf of the Indonesian people, we urge our government to apply rolled back laws in order to fight corruption.
