Increase Efficiency of Snow Removal: Tri-State area must increase their inclement weather response

The recent blizzard has left many people stranded, most of whom had to wait multiple days before plows arrived to their areas. The majority of sidewalks were left unshoveled forcing many pedestrians to walk in the road, as well as leaving just one lane for cars when there was previously two.
I feel that higher restrictions should be made so that roads and public sidewalks become a top priority next to emergency routes.
We, the undersigned, call on the Frederick County Maryland area, as well as the Tri-State area to increase their inclement weather response during the winter, to utilize more technologies as well as an increased work staff for the quick removal of snow from roads and sidewalks in the event of a severe snowstorm.
Conditions were incredibly unsafe and multiple deaths have occurred during January's blizzard in 2016.
