Increase Safety in Timberland Place

We, the undersigning homeowners of Timberland Place sub-division, hereby petition Centex Builders to assit in providing a safer environment for the residents of Timberland Place by implementing the following changes to our neighborhood:
1. The addition of All-Way stop signs at all intersections with in the neighborhood.
2. Lowering th speed limit wthin the neighborhood to 15 mph.
3. Adding "slow children playing" signs to Timberland Drive, the neighborhood main street.
