A lack of professionalism, consideration, and fairness by Campus Crossing management, staff, and maintenance.
Examples: Maintenance and staff entering the apartment with out any notification, inconsiderate behavior upon entering(no knocking or knocking while opening the door), intentionally entering the apartment when residents are expected to be away even if they have requested to be present, not answering maintenance calls and lack of promptness when fixing a problem.
Improper upkeep of the property. Cigarette butts, Broken Glass, and used maintenance tools adorn the hallways.
Frivioulous, unsubstantiated fees and charges added to bills constantly.
Biased treatment when it comes to service in the main office.
We, the undersigned, call for better treatment, living conditions, privacy, RESPECT and better Management and Maintenance from Campus Crossing management.
