BSNL is the world:s 7 th Largest company & No. one PSU (Govt.Undertaking)in India. BSNL is providing GSM Mobile services & other Imp. services to many customers.
previously the market share of Bsnl was about 46% & iind largest operatoer in Gujarat & entire country, now the markest share reduce and came up to nearly 24 % & came down in 4th position
what is the reason? BSNL is a GOvt. Co. & all the transactions are transperrent, giving chaep service to its customer, while other Pvt. operators like VODA Phone-HUTCHH, Air-Tel, Idea etc. the rate is high than BSNL, but the share in the market is high inspite of more terrifrate, what is the reason behind it?
I think, public want fast & best service, as per the report of various press Media, there is somany complanis of public for BSNL:s coverage, specifically , the coverage of BSNL services in Gujarat, saurashtra, kutchh, Rajkot is not satisfactory. at a time of pich-hours, the lines are getting busy, speech is not getting clear, calls are cut down, etc.
Public, customers, businessman, who are depended on the mobile business, they became hepless, so many time they are not contecting the required persons, so they have to loss.at a time of immergency, if the mobile is not working, coverage is very poor, what is the meaning of Mobile. So, the solution of problem is required immediately. I think due to only one reason, that is poor coverage, peoples are surredering the mobile connections, if the coverage problem is settlled, the BSNL is the Best & it will be become No. one in the country.
