When we purchased a lot in this subdivision we were lead to believe this subdivision would get the same level of care that the surrounding subdivisions receive from the same developers.
The subdivsion is poorly maintained. There is no marker or sign designating the subdivision as all other like subdivisions have. The rock walls are left undone and any and all common areas are not landscaped or cared for.
We the owners of land and homes in this subdivision ask that there be a sign marker of the same caliber as all other owned subdivsions in this area at the entry and all common areas cared for and landscaped. We also ask that the codes and covenants be enforced for improvement of the overall look of the subdivision.
We do not see any reason to pay the $125.00 annual due until this is completed.
We, the undersigned, call on the Sonoma Ranch developers of White Sage Subdivsion in Las Cruces, NM, to immediately act on the outlined improvements for this subdivision.
