Need to petition for family member to immigrant to the USA.
As I was going through such a difficult life I had only one hope that one day my daughter will immigrate to the United States and will help me to cope with my difficulties. So in 2004 I became a US Citizen and filed my petition for my daughter.
In 2009 my petition was approved in USCIS and was sent to National Visa Center to wait for visa availability. Since that time I haven’t received any correspondence from Visa Center and it is still pending.
I would like to ask Senator Patty Murray to intervene on my behalf with NVC.
