The reason for this? really? Alright i want to text during classes! its despicable that we cant text during classes in high school. 50%+ kids at palm bay high school and Melbourne high school text and the teachers know it.
Why cant we just make it not something to bet sent to the dean for?

I'm asking that you sign this because my phone got taken away and i want to get one thousand signatures and then send it to the superintendent to get approved.
