D'espairsRay - the Japanese rock band - has finally come to America. Fans are excited and eager to participate in the live shows hosted by the Human-Clad Monsters Tour.
However, a single dilemma still seams to plague the fans; age limits. In the New York venue there is an age limit set for anyone over 19.
This appears to be the only concert to have this age limit and sadly this appears to be the concert closest to many fans.
We, the fans of D'espairsRay, ask The Studio at Webster Hall in New York to lift the age limit and allow fans of all ages to access the show.
