Dear Residents, As you will all know for quite a while now we have been without a full time caretaker and although City South have been providing some cover this has not been allocated the same as our full time live in caretaker. He does not just look after all the interior, but also our exterior communal areas.
City south would like to cut costs like any business but this would also effect the high standards of our building.
I would like to have the full time resident Caretaker reinstated at Hornchurch Court (Patrick).
