Background (Preamble):
Is it a conspiracy against me or is it symptomatic of a larger problem?
Lately, it seems that Kenya Airways is having a very hard time transferring luggage from one flight to the next when making a connection thru Nairobi - even with multiple hours between flights - resulting in delayed luggage of one/two days.
What is even more frustrating is that KQ seemingly cannot provide adequate security at the JKI airport, resulting in pilfered luggage, which KQ then does not take responsibility for.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on Kenya Airways to get its act together and try harder to provide quality ground services at JKI in Nairobi to ensure that connecting passengers get their luggage on time and intact.
